End of Service Gratuity

Gratuity (end of service benefit): Qatar Labour Law provides end-of-service gratuity for workers who complete at least one year. You receive 3 weeks' basic salary for each year of service. This is calculated based on your last basic salary. For example, after 10 years on a 15,000 QAR basic salary, you'd receive approximately 75,000 QAR (15,000 / 30 x 21 x 10). The gratuity is capped at one year's total salary.
